We have determined an issue to be with Fail2Ban parameters set within our mail server causing our webmail to intermittently time out when communicating with our mail server. We have whitelisted the Legacy server IP and this incident should be resolved now.

We have identitified an issue with the ClarLabs legacy webmail platform causing intermittent issues with authentication against Postfix due to a TLS bug within the webmail platform. We are currently investigating this incident.
